Websites, apps and custom software

Software development is a standalone service of CEA Europe. It is delivered by two developers, Denis Matejcik and Adam Molnar, who built ceaeurope.sk, the trail guide aktivity.ceaeurope.sk and other projects for business clients.

We focus on company websites, e-shops and B2B catalogues, Android apps and custom internal systems. We cover the project from the first consultation through development to deployment and ongoing operation.

We work in short cycles. You receive a working version as we go, so you can try it out, and we adjust the scope based on what turns out to matter in practice.

Websites: Company websites built for speed, search visibility and easy content editing without a developer.For example vkozi.com or ceaeurope.sk.
E-shops and B2B catalogues: Online catalogue with partner pricing, an ordering system and integration with your stock or accounting software.For example the belt catalogue for MAXIM 74.
Android apps: Apps for customers and for staff in the field. Maps, offline mode, notifications and encryption of sensitive data.For example the courier app for gas.green.
Internal systems: Dispatch, dashboards, records and other processes that currently live in spreadsheets or e-mail. We connect them to the systems you already use.For example the business dashboard and dispatch for gas.green.
Bots and automation: Telegram bots for taking orders and sending notifications, or AI agents that automate routine tasks. We deploy them where they bring measurable savings.Delivered for B2B clients as well as smaller companies.

DABour own Android app

A private map for a closed group of users that gradually reveals visited places. Location, chat and calls run directly between devices over WebRTC, with no central server and no sign-up.

Denis Matejcik

Backend, infrastructure, AI agents

Designs and builds backends, server infrastructure and integrations. Has experience from an AI startup, where he developed agent workflows and automations for B2B clients, and with running his own servers, deployment and monitoring.

Studied computer science at Middlesex University in London. Alongside commercial work he develops games in Unreal Engine 5.

Adam Molnar

Full-stack development, Android, automation

Develops web applications, catalogues with ordering systems, Android apps and Telegram bots including payment integrations. Leads client projects from brief to hand-over.

Also works in land surveying and builds and programs drones for aerial imaging and photogrammetry.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a project cost?

It depends on the scope. After an initial consultation we prepare a specific quote with a breakdown of the work, not a rough range.

How does the collaboration work?

An initial consultation, a written scope for the first version and a quote. During development you get ongoing access to a working version, so you can give feedback before it is finished.

Will you take over an existing website or system?

Yes. We assess the state of the code and recommend whether to adjust or rebuild it, including a cost estimate for both options.

What do we not provide?

Graphic design for print, logo design, marketing and social media management. CEA Europe covers these as part of its advertising services and we are happy to connect you.

Where are you based?

In Slovakia. We mostly work remotely; in-person meetings within Slovakia are possible by arrangement.
